Crematorium Ahrensburg

Scope of Services:
General contracting and new construction of the complete crematory (turn-key project), i.e.: building construction, process technology and exterior area. The mechanical equipment consists of a gas fired flat-bed-oven, flue gas channels and a flue gas treatment plant in compliance with German legislation (27th BImSchV), including the deposit of dioxin, furan and mercury. Also, we installed the induced draught fan, the suction fan, our automatic coffin insertion machine and implemented an automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters and emission control measurements.

Refurbishment of Crematorium Hohenems

Scope of Services:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of a new gas-fired Heinicke flat-bed –type cremators as replacement of an existing cremation unit. Connection to the already existing flue gas treatment plant. The new oven has been built inside an existing building with another oven system.
The flue gas treatment plant will be used alternatively by new and existing cremation oven. The connection to the existing flue gas treatment plant as well as switching between the two oven systems has been implemented in the new automation and control equipment.
The existing automatic charging machine has been extended by an automatic sweeping device.

Construction period: total of six months incl. commissioning and trial operation

Extension of Crematorium Lichterfelde

Scope of Services:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of a second natural gas-fired Heinicke flat-bed-type cremator and modernization of the already existing Heinicke cremator.

The mechanical equipment of the new second cremator consists of a gas fired flat-bed-oven, flue gas channels, a flue gas treatment plant and stack. The flat-bed-type oven also includes an automatic coffin insertion machine. The flue gas treatment plant is working acc. to an entrained-flow process and complies with German Legislation (27. BImSchV) incl. the separation of dioxin, furan and mercury. Implementation of automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters and emission control measurement.

Crematorium Lüdenscheid

Scope of Services:
Civil engineering and building construction of the complete crematory. Supply and installation of an cremation plant consisting of a gas fired furnace, flue gas channels, a flat bag filter plant (entrained-flow process) in compliance with German Legislation (27th BImSchV), including deposit of dioxin, furan and mercury. Installation of an induced draught fan, suction fan and our automatic coffin insertion machine. Implementation of automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters and emission control measurement. The crematorium will be extended by a second line (identical technical setup as line 1) in Q1 of 2012.

Crematorium Mainz

Scope of Services:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of a new natural gas-fired Heinicke flat-bed –type cremator. The mechanical equipment consists of a gas fired flat-bed-oven, flue gas channels, a flue gas treatment plant and stack. The flat-bed-type oven also includes an automatic coffin insertion machine. The flue gas treatment plant is working acc. to an entrained-flow process and complies to German Legislation (27. BImSchV), incl. deposit of dioxin, furan and mercury. Automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters.

Crematorium Verden

Scope of Services:

Supply and installation of an incineration plant consisting of a gas fired furnace, flue gas channels, a flat bag filter plant (entrained-flow process) in compliance with German Legislation (27th BImSchV) including the deposit of dioxin, furan and mercury. Installation of an induced draught fan, suction fan and our automatic coffin insertion machine. Implementation of automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters and emission control measurement. The crematorium will be extended by a second line (identical technical setup as line 1) in Q2 of 2012.

Crematorium Wat Thepsirintrawas, Bangkok

Scope of Services:
Planning, delivery and construction of the entire crematory for the Thai Royal Family. Supervision of the construction and commissioning of the plant. The special challenge of this project was to implement a modern cremation oven inside of an existing Buddhist Temple.

Crematorium Wo Hop Shek, Hong Kong SAR

Scope of Services:
Heinicke has been awarded as principal manufacturer and supplier for complete delivery of total of seven cremation lines for the reprovisioning of the Wo Hop Shek Crematorium in Hong Kong. Two of the seven lines are also equipped to service exhumed bodies (so called skeletal cremator). The filter equipment consists of standard items (i.e. cyclone, bag filter) as well as additional fixed bed adsorber for supplemental emission control. Another speciality is the automatic ash handling device including ash grinding which is integrated in each cremator line.

Crematorium Wuppertal

Scope of Services:
Supply, installation and commissioning of two complete cremation plants. The mechanical equipment consists of a gas-fired flat-bed-type oven each, flue gas channels, flue gas treatment plants in compliance with German Legislation (27th BImSchV), including deposit of dioxin, furan and mercury. Installation of induced draught fan, suction fan and automatic coffin insertion machines for each cremator. Implementation of automatic control with visualization of the plant parameters and emission control measurement.

The Wuppertal Crematory was the first completely new plant realized by H.R. Heinicke with two parallel cremation lines installed.
